The rooms where great-sized and air-conditioned with double bed, everything was nice. The location was particularly good and beautiful, very close to tube, Sainsburys and eating areas, main shopping district and Kensington High Street, Kensington Gardens and Holland Park...

Room temperature issues!!! Housekeeping delayed until mid-afternoon!!! It would also be nice if the hotel addressed the dated facilities and strong smells in the bathroom!!!

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel & on each occasion whe have found that there are 2 areas where the Park City excels:- 1) Cleanliness. The hotel rooms have been spotlessly clean on each occasion & a massive credit to the hotel. 2) Staff. Polite, friendly & courteous, an absolute delight & a real lesson to anyone involved in customer service. The hotel is (realistically) about 30 minutes (combination of walk and tube) from the likes of Buck Palace, Leicester Square and Oxford Street but only 10 minutes walk from the Natural History, v&a and Science Museums.
The air conditioning in our room was ineffective to say the least. Not a massive problem during our stay as the weather was typical June weather, cool & rainy, but had it been warmer the ineffectiveness of the air con would have represented a problem. The tv had a problem lead meaning when you shut one of the drawers you lost the picture. I do find it incredible that you have to pay extra for an English Breakfast in an English Hotel. The Park City is not alone in this in London but I don't think it's acceptable. That said the Full English breakfast was delicious & I highly recommend it.

A quiet location in london and very comfortable bed.
For some reason they have started to make tea the continental way[giving you a pot of water to put a tesbag in yourself].We much prefer to have it made the English way[tea in pot and boiling water poured over]

A free room upgrade was appreciated. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, powerful hairdryer and Bose radio all added to the enjoyment of our stay. Good breakfast with attentive staff.
Shower does not allow for tall people

View to lexham gardens, quiet room, spacious for London, very nice and quiet region, underground is close, supermarket is close, many restaurants nearby, breakfast was good
Room cleaning was not very good, the hotel staff was overworked, not enough towels (they forgot to replace them often)

The hotel is in a good location five minutes from Gloucester Road Underground station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and is a short walk from High St Kensington. The location is quiet and there is a big Safeway supermarket nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortble and teh breakfast was good. Would stay there again if the price was right. The staff were very helpful.

The location of the hotel, very easy to access from the tube stations. Very comfortable bed, clean room. Very nice "rain shower".
Even though it was a nice hotel and we had a good room - but small - it is a little bit expensive, a bit overpriced. But I guess it is ok for London.
